Mark Prince is proud to be a prominent member of his local and surrounding legal community and often speaks at leadership events to help inform and advise other attorneys. He also frequently moderates and serves as a leader on membership panels.
Below, we have showcased just some of the events he’s recently spoken at and/or helped moderate along with the details of the event:
Mark Prince was a speaker at NAPLA 2025 CLE and shared practical tips on how to prepare clients for discovery, mediation, and trial.
On May 2, 2025, Mark Prince was a proud speaker at the nationally renowned Boardwalk Seminar for the New Jersey Association for Justice in Atlantic City.
Mark Prince had this to say regarding the event: “It is a tremendous honor to be asked to teach at this nationally prominent program for trial lawyers. With mediation coming to the forefront of the legal profession, I hope to share some insights on the mediation process, including whether it is right for a particular case and the details of how to successfully mediate your case.”
Join Mark Prince & Elyse McKenna for key legal insights during the Premises Liability Lunch and Learn on March 6, 2025, held by the AAJ Sections and Litigation Groups. They’ll discuss best practices for premises inspections (who, when, & how to prepare) and slip-and-fall cases involving rain, ice, & snow. Can plaintiffs win these claims?
Mark Prince received a Trial Lawyer Excellence Award from the Jury Verdict Reporter for a record-setting verdict he obtained in Williamson County, Illinois, in a wrongful death medical malpractice trial. This is the third time Mark has received this award the last nine years.
“It is an honor to receive recognition like this, especially considering all of the jury trials that are conducted throughout Illinois. To get this award for the third time is not only humbling, but also motivating to keep doing the best job that I can for my clients,” said Mark. “After all, it is all about the client, not me,” he continued.
Mark Prince has been invited to lecture at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association’s Litigation Updates and Trends Seminar in St. Louis on September 20, 2024. Mark will teach how to establish one of the most important parts of a premises liability case: that the property owner knew that his property was in a dangerous condition. This element is often the key issue that will determine whether an injured person wins or loses their case.
