Mark’s segment, “Preparing Your Expert for Deposition,” focused on practical strategies to help trial lawyers make sure their experts are ready to clearly explain complex issues and withstand tough questioning.
As Mark put it: “Litigation today is very complex, even with what used to be ‘simple’ cases. Experts are involved in most cases today so knowing how to prepare your expert for her deposition is a huge key to success in settling the case or going to trial. Without proper preparation of your expert, your client’s case can take some serious hits. I was honored to be asked to share some practical pointers on how to prepare your expert.”
