Mark Prince Selected for Membership Into Melvin M. Belli Society
The Melvin M. Belli Society is a small organization comprising the best and most outstanding plaintiff’s lawyers in the United States. Melvin “Mel” Belli was one of the first true pioneers in injury law. His work was instrumental in setting the standards for representing people who have been hurt by the negligence of others, particularly by big corporations. Throughout his years of legal work and advocacy, Mr. Belli earned the nickname “The King of Torts.”

Induction into the Melvin M. Belli Society is based on invitation only. Once a lawyer has received an invitation to join, their membership must be approved by the Board. If a lawyer fails to meet the criteria as set by the Board, the invitation will be rescinded.
In addition to honoring plaintiff’s lawyers who have embodied and exemplified the standards set forth by Mr. Belli, the organization is also committed to providing ongoing education. A free webinar series is available through the Melvin M. Belli Society, and members have access to recordings of past webinars.
