Coronavirus Update Regarding Appointments at Prince Law Firm

Published on Mar 13, 2020 at 2:24 pm in Firm News.

In light of the spreading coronavirus pandemic, Prince Law Firm wants to do our part to contain its spread and to implement our government’s recommendations. We do this out of concern for the safety and health of our clients and hard-working staff. To protect everyone from any unnecessary risk of exposure to coronavirus (COVID-19), all future appointments will be conducted by telephone only. We anticipate that we will continue this policy through at least April 3, 2020.

The presence of COVID-19 is scary. Some of the information out there is correct and, unfortunately, some is not. We encourage anyone with questions about this pandemic to check out the information published by the CDC or WHO. If we all take reasonable precautions, we will be fine. Together, we will get through this.

Collection of license plates

After a car accident, like a hit-and-run, sometimes all you have from the driver at fault is their license plate number. You might want their name, address, and phone number so that you can hold them responsible for their actions. But can you get the driver’s personal information based on their plate?

As an average person, in short, the answer is no. You most likely don’t have direct access to the databases that hold information about drivers. Even though you can’t get anything directly, there are legal ways to find out who is responsible for a car crash based on their plate number.

When drivers don’t pay attention to the road, they can cause accidents. Since interstates typically have more vehicles traveling at high speeds, innocent drivers can sustain serious injuries. Think about where you live. Whether it’s a small town or a big city, how many pharmacies are in the immediate surrounding area? In Marion alone there are over ten pharmacies in a six mile stretch that serve a population of 17,762 people.

Though each pharmacy theoretically serves nearly 2,000 community members, is it necessary to have that many in one small area? Although the intent of pharmacies was originally to distribute necessary medicine to help people stay or get healthy, they’ve turned into distributors for seriously addictive painkillers.
