Mark Prince Selected as a 2022 Illinois Super Lawyer
Prince Law Firm is proud to announce that Founding Attorney Mark D. Prince was selected as a 2022 Illinois Super Lawyer in Personal Injury-Plaintiff. Super Lawyers creates a list of attorneys in each state who practice quality and excellence in their work. This list recognizes no more than 5% of lawyers in each state. Being selected for an annual publication of the Super Lawyers list does not guarantee that an attorney will be selected again the following year. Mark Prince is honored to have been recognized by Super Lawyers once again, after having been selected as a 2019 Illinois Super Lawyer.
Super Lawyers candidates are evaluated each year through a rigorous, multi-stage selection process. The small group of candidates who successfully pass the selection process are featured in Super Lawyers Magazine. Selected attorneys can be found on the Super Lawyers online Lawyer Directory for all 50 states and Washington D.C., where the profile of Mark D. Prince is listed as a Top Rated Personal Injury Lawyer in Illinois.
The Super Lawyers selection process is comprised of four major steps: nomination, independent research, evaluation, and final selection. The rules for nomination prohibit attorneys from campaigning or submitting their own names for consideration. A nomination therefore speaks to the recognition and acclaim each nominated lawyer has earned in their field. A lawyer may be nominated through a managing partner survey, a direct peer nomination, third party feedback, or by the Super Lawyers research team.
Following nomination, each candidate undergoes independent research and assessment based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. These indicators include the attorney’s record of verdicts and settlements, honors and awards, representative clients, transactions, special licenses and certifications, position within their law firm, pro bono and community service, Bar and other professional activity, scholarly lectures and writings, education and employment background, experience, and any other relevant accomplishments of note.
In the final stage of selection, candidates are evaluated by members of the Super Lawyer Blue Ribbon Panel. A small percentage of nominees are eventually accepted and included on the annual state-by-state listing of top-rated lawyers. Super Lawyers aims to publish a credible, comprehensive, and diverse directory that connects potential clients with only the most outstanding and reputable lawyers in their field.
